My business verizon customer service9/9/2023 ![]() If I could give them less than one star I would I called to inquire about getting service cellphone service through them I have been with T mobile 31 years I paid $95 a month unlimited they told me it would be $55 a month no hidden charges no activation costs or fees. T once did they call back not once did they ever make an effort to even hear our side of the story we got stuck with 6 things from them 2 phones 2 watches 2 tablets and a power booster they sold us none of which worked without Wi-Fi Those are outrageous they charged my husband the same charge for the same thing month after month recharging him again and again for a power booster and again and again for the tablet he had paid the whole thing off several times Yesterday we got rid of ve Verizon it has the worst customer service of any company I've ever encountered they sold us 6 phones that not only did not work in our area that they no did not work and they sold them to a 67 year old man that had to add no knowledge that they they they could check To see if the phones were would work in our area they knew they didn't when we try to call several times and argue these points they'd always put us on hold telling us that if they got disconnected they would call back the number a And unfortunately, this is a trademark of Verizon customer service. Although we were grateful to Caleb, overall we were completely disgusted with the way Esme handled things. He was very helpful & got us on our way as quickly as possible. Luckily, she was wrong, & our issue was completely & quickly resolved by Caleb. While he was helping us, Esme interrupted to tell us that she didn't think they could even help us with our request. We were repeatedly told by Esme that we would only be waiting "10 more minutes." Luckily, after over an hour of waiting, another employee came in & actually clocked in 40 minutes before his shift was scheduled to begin, in order to help us. While we waited, 4 other customers entered the store, & then left, due to not wanting to wait. We proceeded to sit for over an hour, waiting, while Esme chit-chatted with only q one single customer, looking through photos, & just generally making those of us waiting feel unimportant. Only one employee was working in the store, & she said her name was Esme. We walked into the store a few minutes after open, & there was already a line formed ahead of us. My fiancé & I took his grandfather into the Buckeye location on Watson to activate his older flip phone that we were assured would be compatible with Verizon service. The manager was so rude she should be fired! Verizon lost a 30+ year customer and I'm switching telling as many others to not use Verizon. By the way if you go into a Verizon store they don't want to provide technical support - they want you use the useless chat bot system that doesn't work. During this process I felt my health was compromised and that I could have had a heart attack. It took AT&T 4 hours to transfer due to Verizon's incompetent customer service. I should have switched day one but the number porting would have been an issue without service. I switched to AT&T and my service is 100% fine didn't have to buy a new phone. Only to be told by Verizon it was my phone and wanted to sell me a new phone $800. Apple said if I was to even buy a new phone the technical issues would be transferred to it. ![]() I was in absolute tearsĪnd completely distraught in a large city. Verizon ping pong me back forth between Apple and Verizon blaming each other. Called customer service (using other people's phones) and spent 5 days back and forth online and in person and hours and hours trying to rectify my service. I was in Los Angeles on vacation and upon arrival I was not be able to text, make calls or use navigation phone was locked into unserviced SOS mode. ![]() HORRIBLE! Absolutely scary corporations can ABUSE its power against customers. ![]()
